Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form, the site receives your name, email address, selected service, message, any files you attach, the submission time, and the IP address associated with the request.
Visitor information
When the portfolio homepage is opened, the server records the IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page where available, browser type, device category, approximate country or city when provided by the hosting network, and the number of page loads within a visitor session.
Information stored on your device
The contact form saves an unfinished draft in your browser's local storage. This can include your entered name, email, message, and selected service. Attachments are not stored in the draft.

How the information is used
- To receive, review, and respond to project enquiries.
- To discuss requested services and take steps toward possible work.
- To protect the website, contact form, and administration area from abuse.
- To understand basic portfolio traffic and how visitors reach the site.
- To restore unfinished contact-form text after an accidental refresh.
Contact information is processed to respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps toward providing services. Limited visitor and security information is processed for legitimate interests in operating, securing, and understanding the portfolio, subject to the rights and interests of visitors.
The information is not used for automated decision-making, behavioural advertising, or sale to third parties.

Storage and retention
Contact enquiries and attachments are kept while they are needed to answer the enquiry, manage potential or active work, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. They are reviewed and deleted when no longer necessary.
Identifiable visitor-session logs are automatically removed after 90 days. A repeated visit from the same IP address and browser within 30 minutes is grouped into one session.
An unfinished form draft remains in your browser until the form is successfully submitted, the draft is cleared, or you remove the site's browser storage.
The administration session expires after approximately 15 minutes of inactivity.

Your rights
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to processing, or a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Requests can be sent to the email address in this policy. Additional information may be requested when reasonably necessary to confirm identity.
You may also contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of Serbia, or another competent supervisory authority.
